Article I: Preamble & Acceptance of Risk
Access to this Limited Time Event is a privilege granted by Platform Entertainment Group (hereinafter "The Provider") to the End User (hereinafter "The Viewer"). By initializing playback on any title within the unlimited catalogue, The Viewer explicitly acknowledges that digital entertainment is a supplementary component of a healthy lifestyle, not a replacement for it. The Viewer agrees that all consumption shall be undertaken with moderation, intent, and self-regulation.
Article II: The Anti-Sedentary Protocol
The Provider enforces a strict "Anti-Sedentary Protocol." Continuous playback exceeding four (4) hours without a registered inactivity period of at least thirty (30) minutes is classified as "Binge Exhaustion." This state is considered a breach of contract. The Viewer is contractually obligated to perform physical movement, hydration, and optical rest during these mandatory intervals. The Platform reserves the right to employ "Are You Still There?" prompts with increasing frequency and annoyance to enforce this clause.
Article III: Social Priority Clause
The Viewer agrees that real-world social obligations, including but not limited to friendship maintenance, family gatherings, and scheduled gaming sessions with peers, take absolute precedence over streaming content. Prioritizing a fictional narrative over a tangible human interaction is grounds for immediate suspension of privileges. The Provider accepts no liability for damaged relationships resulting from The Viewer's negligence.
Article IV: Algorithmic Heuristics & Monitoring
The Viewer consents to the real-time analysis of their viewing metadata. Our safety algorithms are calibrated to detect patterns indicative of health-negligent behavior, such as non-human consumption rates, sleep deprivation markers, and rapid-fire episode completion. This monitoring is continuous, absolute, and automated. Appeals claiming "I just really like this show" will be summarily rejected by the adjudication bot.
Article V: Irrevocable Penalties for Non-Compliance
Violation of these Terms, specifically the act of "Overdoing It," will result in immediate and irrevocable punitive measures. Penalties include: (i) Immediate termination of the current viewing session; (ii) Permanent disqualification from future exclusive events, watch parties, and beta programs; and (iii) The shameful labeling of the account as "Sedentary Non-Compliant" in internal logs. These sanctions are not subject to arbitration.
Article VI: Severability & Final Admonition
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. The Viewer is hereby formally admonished: Take a break. Go outside. Call your friends. The content will be here when you return. Failure to heed this warning constitutes a material breach of your social contract with reality.
